Love the prices and selection of this store. Quality is great, especially compared to Buda HEB. Staff also great and beyond typical grocery store service. My only complaint is how busy it is and they don't have enough registers for the high volume during peak times. It's always busy.

HELLO... I'm Kim & my husband is Tim. We are fairly new (almost a year now) to Texas from So California (we're both born & raised in Cali). H-E-B is an amazing grocery store but some of the employees/partners are EXTRA AMAZING!!! We HAVE TO write a review for an OUTSTANDING, AMAZING, EXCELLENT employee/partner that works in the Deli department (where he gets his sliced turkey). His name is TOSIN... Tosin is such an amazing person! He always goes out of his way to say Hi to us & ask how we're doing! Tosin deserves to be recognized & for H-E-B to know what an asset he is to your company! We actually go straight to the deli counter when we come in now because of his outstanding customer service with us & everyone he comes in contact with while shopping at your store. This is for the H-E-B Plus! 5401 South 1626, Kyle, Texas THANK YOU TO TOSIN for always treating us so kindly, it really means so much to Tim & I... We look forward to seeing you the next time were in the store! Have a Blessed day! **Kim & Tim** Heart Sweater is from The TikTok Shop

Went here yesterday 4/22/23 Lots of food! Huge store Excellent customer service!! Love the ambiance here. Excellent meat and seafood!!

Whenever you need food and booze this is the place for you. The sell just about anything imaginable....well almost everything. From full size live oak trees to live oak Hefeweizen, they got you covered! Just wish they had more cashiers working. It gets pretty crowded during peak hours(5-9pm) (9am-1pm)

Busy, busy place but incredible H‑E‑B garden center here. Good H‑E‑B plus. Love the selection compared to other grocery stores. Also, this is a good place to rush in from out of town for things like small gifts, flowers, etc.

Wowee, come here at the wrong time and you'd think you were in the prepping stages of a zombieapocalypse. No joke, this place can get busier than sin. Total scramble, everyone going every which way (not just patrons, but employees too with their stocking or mobile order collection)- it's like weaving your shopping cart through amusement park bumper cars. That said, avoid peak hours (y'know, weekday evenings after work hours and weekends) and you'll be fine, LOL. H-E-B is pretty great. As a Californian, it's one of those new-fangled Texas things that you quickly come to love and rely on. While my husband and I do equal amounts of our grocery shopping at the Walmart in Buda, the H-E-B has a MUCH better variety especially when it comes to meat, produce, and gluten-free items. They even sell a few things (like yogurt) cheaper than Walmart! We also love their store brand sodas, which are made with cane sugar rather than high fructose corn syrup, and for much cheaper than name brand sodas. We prefer this H-E-B to the one in Buda (closer to where we live) because it's bigger and has more stuff, such as their non-food item section for pharmacuticals/pets/toiletries and their toy aisle/office supplies/clothing department. This H-E-B also tends to have a good sized seasonal selection according to whatever holiday is going on. Sometimes when we come in they have multiple food sample stations up handing out freebies, and even occasionally a chef showing off recipes there in the store. Pretty neat. There's also a place toward the front where you can grab hot, pre-made meals for an easy dinner if need be. And I love their huge selection of one-meal, oven-ready pre-packaged offerings (they're a little pricey so I don't often indulge, but I've enjoyed every single one I've tried- sometimes it's nice to have say, a chicken alfredo without all the hassle!). Most times we use the self-checkout when we have a small amount of stuff, and the terminals can be fussy about placing each and every item in the bagging area before proceeding to the next, which can get irritating, especially if you're too fast. Other times we use the standard checkout and the employees are usually friendly and in a good mood, which is nice. =) They sell a few garden items like plants and furniture which is located outside the entrance (I've never purchased any though, so I don't know how difficult it is to purchase them). The restrooms are rather small and inadequate (not many stalls) for the sheer number of patrons coming in and out of the store, but I typically don't have to wait long to use them because they are tucked away in an almost hidden location of where you can sit and eat! Maybe folks don't realize they're there? This location also has a plastic bag return for recycling, which is great because it always seems like we have way too many plastic bags!

H.E.B Plus is their local everything store and more! I tried to say HEB instead of saying it literally H/E/B. The locals did not like that! LOL. If I was living here, this is definitely my place to shop more than Walmart! Good prices on everything. We went here a few times needing food and supplies. They have everything and I mean everything!! Groceries, clothes shopping, tools, bags, marinated meats for quick meals, jewelry shop, garden stuff, meds, alcohol, etc. This store is massive.
